Utilizing state of the art, internally developed, proprietary software and proven methods, Praeses:
- Implements efficient reporting and reconciliation processes for food service to its clients.
- Conducts a historical reconciliation of the food services records, actual meals served, fees, and billing files from the inception of the current contract to validate each client has been accurately billed.
- Evaluates the accuracy of invoices and costs associated with food services by reconciling daily and monthly invoices and data associated with food services and validates the data for accuracy.
- Detects mathematical errors, billing changes, cost variances, trends and anomalies and provides customized monthly reporting for its clients’ food services. Any inconsistencies detected are presented to clients with recommendations.
Praeses will ensure the food services vendor maintains contractual compliance throughout the term of the contract.
